 Jeremy Sulzbach is without a doubt the most conscience and thoughtful real estate agent that I have ever dealt with and I do mean ever (I am 68 years old and have dealt with quite a few real estate agents in my life time) . Jeremy answered each and every question that came up. If he did not know the answer, he did not "beat around the bush" with some off the cuff BS. He went and did his research and got right back to us with the correct answer. Not once did he steer us in the wrong direction. He was always there for us and met our tight schedule as if we were the only people in his life (I know how busy he really is with his family and other pursuits which make it even more impressive). He must have shown us a dozen homes and was very knowledgeable regarding the financing requirements, the neighborhood, and the background details of each and every one. We must have quizzed him on another 15 or so homes that we did not walk through but he approached each and every one as if it were going to be the home of our dreams. My wife can be confusing and demanding at times but Jeremy handled her idiosyncrasies better then I ever could and I have been working on that for quite a few years. You would be wise to make Jeremy a full partner and have the rest of your agents pattern themselves after his style. I will forever be in his debt.
